Who qualifies for free delivery? Free
standard delivery is offered on all orders which are to be delivered to addresses within
the UK mainland only. Deliveries to non UK mainland addresses and to all other
European countries are subject to an additional charge which is calculated on the
number of items ordered.
How long will my order take to despatch? We aim to dispatch all
in stock orders within 1-2 business days of the order being placed.
What if my choice is out of stock?
Out of stock items can be ordered in for you. Please allow up to 3 weeks for out of stock items. Orders for
out of stock items will be placed with the warehouse every Friday
and usually take 5-7 working days to reach The Snug Stop.
They will then be sent out to customers within 24 hours and delivery
should be made within 3 to 5 working days if the free delivery
option has been chosen. You will be advised if your order is
expected to take longer than 3 weeks and you may cancel the
order if you do not wish to wait for delivery.
How will my order be sent? UK Parcels are sent out via Royal Mail
Standard Parcel Service and delivery normally takes 3 to 5 working days.
We can arrange a faster delivery service for an additional fee per product.
Depending on the weight of your order Express delivery items will
either be sent using Royal Mail Next Day Delivery service or by
First Class post. Next Day delivery items will be delivered to
you before 1pm the working day after posting and will require a
signature. First Class items will normally be delivered to you within 1
- 2 working days although Royal Mail do not guarantee delivery times
for first class post. Next Day delivery will be used for all
orders weighing up to 2kg. First Class delivery will be used
for orders which are over the 2kg limit for Next Day Delivery. You will be able to see what the costs are for the different delivery methods on the checkout page before you commit to your purchase.
Do you ship to non-UK addresses? We are happy to ship to non UK based customers
in European countries where Warmbat boots are not available locally (either
in stores or online). Please just ensure that you choose the correct delivery option for your country before placing your order because we are unable to fulfil orders which have not paid the correct shipping fees.

Do you ship to Countries outside of Europe?
If you live outside of the UK or Europe please
contact us before ordering so that we can
calculate the correct shipping for your order. Shipping costs
vary greatly depending on the weight of the package and the
destination country and so we are unable to offer a standard
shipping cost on the checkout page. We will not process orders
that have not paid sufficient shipping charges and so it is vital
that you contact us before placing your order online.
