safe is my information on your web site?
A. Very safe.
Our payment processor is PayPal - one of the most trusted and widely
know payment methods on the web. PayPal allows anyone with an email address to securely, conveniently and cost-effectively send payments online The Snug Stop
never sees customers' credit or debit card details - we simply
receive notification that a payment has been made together with the
details of your shopping cart so that we can process your order.
The Snug Stop will never pass on any details of our customers or
their buying habits to any other party (this includes email
addresses). We may use your email address to notify you of new
products or special offers via our Snug News newsletter (max 4 times
per year) and you can unsubscribe at any time.

What's
the average time from placing an order at SnugStop.com, to receiving my
order?
A. We aim to process orders within 48
hours of them being placed. If your item is in stock we will
endeavour to dispatch your order within that time frame.
For UK addresses we send orders out using Royal Mail Standard Parcel service
and Royal Mail give a delivery estimate of 3 to 5 working days. Next
Day delivery can be arranged for an extra charge per item. We do
our best to maintain great
stocks of our products but as demand for some products can sometimes far exceed supply, we
are sometimes temporarily out of stock in some sizes. If we are out of
stock, we will let you know that it is backordered as soon as we
process your order. You can usually expect to receive back
ordered items within 3 weeks.

Will
there be any other costs for my order, taxes, duties etc?
A.
For all our UK customers you will see the exact cost on the
order form as you check out. For our international customers, we
strongly encourage you to check your country's customs department to
see if there will be any duties due when your order arrives (most have
a web site where you can check as you are reading this page). Most
styles and sizes of Sheepskin Boots are subject to duties and taxes.
This is usually calculated on the actual total including freight and
will be due on delivery.
SnugStop.com
is not responsible for duties and taxes. The customer is responsible for these fees.

What
size do I put on the order form?
A. Sheepskin
Boots are always made in full sizes. For accuracy purposes, we ask you
to select your UK shoe size & if you always wear a 1/2
size, Round UP to the next size. If you
sometimes wear the smaller, full size Round DOWN,
remember Sheepskin Boots should be snug at first as they will stretch
slightly as they wear-in.
We have an awesome return policy (see Exchanges & Returns) so should your Sheepskin Boots not fit quite
right, we will send you a replacement pair as quickly as possible.

Are
Warmbat sheepskin boots waterproof?
A.
All genuine "Double Faced" sheepskin boots are not
waterproof but can be treated with a water/stain repellent to
prevent water damage. Once properly treated, they will hold up in snow
and rain in temperatures up to -30F below (or -34 Celsius).

How
can I exchange or return my order?
A.
Return Policy
We stand behind every product we sell. If you are not absolutely
pleased with your purchase - for any reason - we will be happy to
make an exchange or refund the purchase price. Simply return the
unworn item to us, within 30 days, securely packaged via insured
parcel post using the return address included with your receipt.
The Snug Stop is not liable for the cost of
returning any products, unless they are faulty.
Returned products must be unworn, in full resalable condition and
with their original undamaged packaging and inner box materials. The Snug Stop does not
guarantee wear and tear or any damage unrelated to the manufacturer.
Please contact us by e-mail prior to making a return, giving details
of the reason for dissatisfaction.
Our receipt must accompany all returns.
We reserve the right to deduct a 10% restocking fee from the
refund amount to cover the cost of postage, packing and
administration of the returned goods. Clearance items returned
for refund will have the cost of postage and packing deducted from
the refund amount.
As a gesture of goodwill products returned for an exchange will have
the first exchanged pair sent out free of charge to UK addresses
only but in the case of
a second or subsequent exchange you will be billed for the cost of
posting the exchanged item back to you. Overseas exchanges
will be charged a further delivery charge which must be paid prior
to the exchange being sent. Clearance items do not qualify for
free exchanges - an additional fee will be charged prior to sending
out an exchange on clearance products.
Please note that sheepskin is a natural product and therefore
variations in the texture and colour tones of the boots are to be
expected and form an integral part of their character. Small
blemishes are occasionally unavoidable but Warmbat use only the
highest quality skins to ensure each pair of boots has the best
possible overall appearance.
Returns After Failed Delivery Attempts
Please note that items that are returned to The Snug Stop due to
failed delivery will be subject to a 10% restocking fee which will
be deducted before a refund is made. This is to cover the postage,
packing and handling costs incurred when delivery is attempted and
parcels are subsequently not collected.
Returns Outside of Return Period
Returns that are received outside the Return Period of 30 days from
date of purchase will also be subject to a 10% restocking fee to
cover postage, packing and handling costs.
Guarantees
We guarantee all our products to be brand new and fully as
described. We ship only the highest quality products, never any
seconds.
Please note that our sheepskin boots are made from 100% natural
sheepskin and as such variations in skin tone and texture are to be
expected . Great care is taken by Warmbat when choosing sheepskins
to minimize an uneven appearance but certain variations are a part
of the natural charm of real sheepskin ugg boots.
We also guarantee that your shopping experience will be a secure and
enjoyable one. If your shopping experience is substandard in any
way, please contact us.
Delivery Policy
All of our in stock products are shipped within 1-2 business days.
Free shipping is available on all orders to addresses
within the mainland UK. Orders to non mainland UK addresses will have a delivery charge added
at the checkout.
UK Orders are posted by Royal Mail Standard Parcel
Service and delivery normally takes 3 to 5 working days.
We can arrange Next Day Delivery for an additional fee per product.
Just specify you would like next day delivery when making your
order.
Two or more pairs of boots may be sent out in separate packages.
Full delivery charges and the options relevant to your order can be
seen at the checkout before you confirm your purchase.
We are happy to ship to customers outside of the UK.
Exact shipping costs for your country can be obtained before you
place your order by e-mailing via the contact us
form. For countries outside of Europe and the UK please e-mail for
shipping advice before placing your order. Overseas exchanges
do not qualify for free exchanges.
Customs duties and Import restrictions may apply and
you are advised to seek advice from your country's authorities
before placing your order as The Snug Stop cannot be held
responsible for any extra charges that may occur.
Special Orders can be made for any item which we
don't currently hold in stock - you will be advised of an estimated
delivery date after you have ordered. You may cancel your order if
you don't wish to wait for delivery.
Sorry, we cannot exchange or give refunds on "Worn" Sheepskin
Boots.
