Our Returns Policy
Returns
We stand behind every product we sell. If you are not absolutely
pleased with your purchase - for any reason - we will be happy to
make an exchange or refund the purchase price. Simply return the
unworn item to us, within 30 days, via an insured postal service to the
return address included with your receipt.
The Snug Stop cannot give refunds or exchanges on items which
have been lost in transit whilst being returned so you are strongly
advised to use an insured delivery service.
The Snug Stop is not liable for the cost of
returning any products, unless they are faulty.
Returned products must be unworn, in full resalable condition and
with their original undamaged packaging and materials including the
protector spray and extra insoles if supplied. Please do not
write on or stick anything to the box and please ensure it is
adequately packed.
Please contact us by e-mail prior to making a return, giving details
of the reason for dissatisfaction, so that we know the package is on
its way.
Our receipt must accompany all returns.
Refunds
Free Gifts and Refunds - if your purchase qualified for a
free gift and you are returning it for a refund the free gift must also be returned.
Items returned without the free gift will have the cost of the free
gift deducted from the refund amount.
We reserve the right to deduct a 10% restocking fee from the
refund amount to cover the cost of postage, packing and
administration of the returned goods. Clearance items returned
for refund will always have a 10% fee deducted to cover postage and
packaging.
If the free delivery option has not been taken any postage costs
paid are non-refundable.
Exchanges
As a gesture of goodwill
full price products returned for an exchange will have
the first exchanged pair sent out free of charge (to UK addresses
only) but in the case of
a second or subsequent exchange you will be billed for the cost of
posting the exchanged item back to you. Free exchanges are
only available for full price products - clearance products sent for
exchange will incur an additional postage charge. Exchanges for overseas
addresses will not be sent free of charge - an additional postage
charge will have to be paid prior to the exchange being sent out.
Free Gifts and Exchanges - If your purchase qualified for a
free gift and you are returning it for an exchange that qualifies
for the same free gift then please do not return the free gift as it
will increase the weight of the parcel and therefore your postage
cost. If you are not sure whether your exchange qualifies for
the same free gift then please contact us and we'll be able to tell you.
When the exchanged item does not qualify for the free gift we will
be unable to send out the exchange without the original free
gift being returned.
Returns After Failed Delivery Attempts
Please note that items that are returned to The Snug Stop due to
failed delivery will be subject to a 10% restocking fee which will
be deducted before a refund is made. This is to cover the postage,
packing and handling costs incurred when delivery is attempted and
parcels are subsequently not collected.
Returns Outside of Return Period
Returns that are received outside the Return Period of 30 days from
date of purchase will not be accepted - the parcel will be refused and returned to sender at your cost.
Guarantees
We guarantee all our products to be brand new and fully as
described. We ship only the highest quality products, never any
seconds. Please note that our sheepskin boots are made from 100% natural
sheepskin and as such variations in skin tone and texture are to be
expected . Great care is taken by Warmbat when choosing sheepskins
to minimize an uneven appearance but certain variations are a part
of the natural charm of real sheepskin ugg boots. The Snug Stop does not
guarantee wear and tear or any damage unrelated to the manufacturer.
We want your shopping experience at The Snug Stop to be a secure and

Sorry we cannot give exchanges or
refunds on worn boots, those returned after 30 days or for
manufacturing defects over 1 year old.
