Sheepskin Size & Fit Guide
These fitting guidelines should help you to choose the correct size of boots, but if you need any further assistance please just
ask via the contact us page!
When new your boots should feel quite snug because the sheepskin will stretch slightly
with wear. The inside of the boot and the memory foam insole will bed down during the first few wears and they will mould to the shape of your foot offering excellent comfort and support.
Warmbat boots are sold in whole sizes and all the new 2007 season Warmbat boots come with an extra pair of memory foam insoles to enable you to customise the fit. I recommend you buy the size you normally wear with half sizes rounding up to the nearest whole size.
Please Note:- By their very nature, sheepskin boots are loose fitting. They will feel much looser and more unstructured than other types of boot. The best way to describe their fit for someone who has never worn a pair before is that they fit more like a furry wellington boot than a normal leather boot. If you don't like the sound of that then I'm afraid sheepskin boots are not for you!
If over time you feel that your boots have stretched too much you can always add another sheepskin insole to tighten the fit. I have also found that washing the boots can make them shrink back slightly - but do take care when washing them - see our Care Page for full washing guidelines.
All our boots are sold in UK sizes.
