For orders requiring UK Express Delivery and for all non UK orders an additional charge will be made per item. Full details of the applicable delivery charges for your order will be shown at the checkout before you commit to purchase.
 

STOCKS HELD IN UK
We try to hold as much of our stock here in the UK as is practical to enable us to fulfil your order as quickly as possible.  In order to offer you the best range of styles and colours we will order in for you any item which is out of stock.  Back orders are usually delivered within 3 weeks.

FAST ORDERING FOR OUT OF STOCK ITEMS
We have an exclusive arrangement with Warmbat that enables us to quickly order in any item from their current ranges.  This means that even if we don't currently hold your choice of footwear in our UK stocks we can usually arrange to have it specially ordered and delivered to you within 3 weeks (often less).  There will be no extra customs or import duties to be paid on special orders - we take care of all the necessary fees so the price you pay at the checkout will be the final price.  Orders will be placed weekly with Warmbat (on Friday mornings) and should usually be received by The Snug Stop within 5 - 7 working days - they will then be dispatched to your address within 1 working day provided payment in full has been received.

SIMPLE RETURNS
We sell only the highest quality goods. We are so sure you will be delighted with your purchase that we offer a no quibble money back guarantee on all our products. If for any reason you are not totally happy with your purchase just return it to us within 30 days for refund or exchange. The cost of returning products must be borne by the customer.  As a gesture of goodwill exchanges on full price goods will have the first exchanged pair sent out free of charge but in the case of a second or subsequent exchange you will be billed for the cost of posting the exchanged item back to you. All returned items must be received unworn and undamaged, in their original box in full resaleable condition.  Do not write or stick anything on the box and ensure the box is properly packaged to minimise damage to it in transit.  Clearance and Sale items sent for exchange will not be sent out free of charge - a postage charge will have to be paid prior to the exchange being sent.  The Snug Stop does not provide a guarantee for general wear and tear or for any damage unrelated to the manufacturer. 

We reserve the right to either deduct a 10% restocking fee from refunds to cover administration, postage and packing costs or alternatively where advantage has been taken of free shipping the cost of shipping will be deducted prior to making a refund.
